How to Reserve Your Hunt________
1. Contact Buffalo County Whitetail Adventure to insure availability of dates. Reserving a
date can be done by phone. The request will be held for 7 business days.
2. Upon a reservation a deposit of 1/2 the hunting fee is required to reserve a date. The
remaining balance is due by Sept. 1st, unless you make arrangements to pay on a later
date.
3.If you cancel after Jun. 1st, no money will be refunded unless a substitute hunter is
booked.
Upon booking you will receive:
- booking confirmation from Buffalo County Whitetail Adventure and the
outfitter/landowner you will be hunting with. - detailed list of proper gear and/or supplies to bring.
- questionnaire (diet, health,experience & emergency information.)
- travel information
- "Acknowledgment of Risk" form. Due to the natural risks inherent to all wilderness
recreations, clients are required to sign this form. - maps of the area
